There
are a ton of ‘how-to’ MU videos online.
This one is different. I focus on
the fundamentals of developing appropriate strength in order to successfully
perform muscle-up’s.
If you’re
not strong enough to get up over the bar, no amount of ‘how-to’ or learning
technique is going to make it happen.
Wild, flailing attempts often lead to injury. Take your time, build up your strength and
learn how to do the exercise safely. I
know, safe is lame; too bad. Strong is
cool so you win back some street cred there.
